Last night was another one and out post-season appearance for the Manning era colts. A thing all too regular in my life since moving here.
Lets do the run down:
1999: Colts go 13-3. Lose their first playoff game.
2000: Colts go 10-6. Lose their first playoff game.
2001: Colts go 6-10.
2002: Colts go 10-6. Lose their first playoff game.
2003: Colts go 12-4. Lose AFC championship. (The Patriots.)
2004: Colts go 12-4. Lose in the second round. (The Patriots.)
2005: Colts go 14-2. Lose their first playoff game
2006: Colts go 12-4. Colts win a super bowl.
2007: Colts go 13-3. Lose their first playoff game.
That’s 5 out of 8 first playoff game losses. Oh well. Next year right?
